{"id":3730,"date":"2020-11-09T14:53:50","date_gmt":"2020-11-09T14:53:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ipi.si\/?p=3730"},"modified":"2020-11-09T14:53:50","modified_gmt":"2020-11-09T14:53:50","slug":"cippms-online-events","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ipi.si\/en\/cippms-online-events\/","title":{"rendered":"CIPPM\u2019s online events"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On Wednesday, 18 November CIPPM will, in collaboration with the <a href=\"https:\/\/diligentsearch.eu\">EnDOW Community<\/a>, organise an online event titled \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/microsites.bournemouth.ac.uk\/cippm\/2020\/11\/18\/unlocking-orphan-films-introducing-the-endow-community\/\">Unlocking Orphan Films<\/a>\u201d, aimed at film lovers and at spreading the knowledge about orphan works. Attendance of the event is free of charge, but a prior registration is required. You can register <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eventbrite.co.uk\/e\/unlocking-orphan-films-introducing-the-endow-community-tickets-127979144065?_eboga=1992836830.1604930260\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Exactly two weeks later, on 2 December CIPPM\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/microsites.bournemouth.ac.uk\/cippm\/2020\/10\/28\/observatory-on-national-implementation-of-dsm-exceptions-limitations\/\">Observatory on transposition of Exceptions and Limitations<\/a>, which was launched with the purpose of keeping an eye on implementation of the copyright exceptions and limitations within the DSM Directive, will hold a webinar on the DSM Directive implementation. The event will be a <a href=\"https:\/\/microsites.bournemouth.ac.uk\/cippm\/2020\/12\/02\/the-national-implementation-of-dsm-directive-exceptions-limitations\/\">live workshop<\/a>\u00a0dealing especially with the Text and Data Mining exceptions (Articles 3 and 4) and the exception for Digital and Cross-border Teaching activities (Article 5). At the workshop, the implementation update for Slovenia will be presented by dr. Maja Bogataj Jan\u010di\u010d.
