Special emphasis will be placed on issues regarding permitted uses of content online, uses of books and textbooks, and OER.<\/p>\n<p>The lecture will also touch upon (in)adequacy of Slovenian copyright legislation and the new education exception introduced by the new <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/HTML\/?uri=CELEX:32019L0790&amp;from=SL\">EU copyright Directive<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The webinar will take place <a href=\"https:\/\/video.arnes.si\/portal\/asset.zul?id=rQQPlRnofmf6vMhLPemmQDX2\">live online<\/a>, no prior registration is necessary.
