The European Commission therefore decided to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ipkitten.blogspot.com\/2018\/11\/marrakesh-treaty-is-no-paper-tiger-eu.html\">initiate the proceedings for non-compliance against 17 members states<\/a>, amongst which is also Slovenia.
